1 Scope and Provider
1.1 Our following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of goods and services made by a consumer through the online shop www.evenstevan.com.
1.2 If you are under 18 years old, the involvement of a legal guardian is required.
1.3 The contract language is English only.
1.4 You can access and print the currently valid General Terms and Conditions on the website.

2 Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Rather, it is an invitation to order goods in the online shop.
2.2 By clicking the button "Order now with payment obligation," you make a binding purchase offer.
2.3 Upon receipt of the purchase offer, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming that we have received your order (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your purchase offer. A contract is not concluded by the confirmation of receipt.
2.4 A purchase contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer or when we dispatch the goods to you without a prior express declaration of acceptance.

3 Prices
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components and are exclusive of the respective shipping costs.

4 Delivery and Reservation of Self-Delivery
4.1 If not all ordered products are available, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, as long as this is reasonable for you.
4.2 We expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if we are unable to deliver the ordered goods without our fault because the supplier does not fulfill its contractual obligations. In such a case, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability of the goods and will refund any payments made by you promptly.

5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, assignment as security, processing, or transformation without our express consent is not permitted.

6 Shipping
6.1 All prices listed include statutory sales tax and other price components, excluding applicable delivery and shipping costs.
6.2 With the updating of the website, all previous prices and other information about goods become invalid. The version valid at the time of ordering is authoritative.
6.3 When purchasing and subsequently shipping our goods, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you under Shipping and Returns or on the order page.

7 Payment Terms

8 Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us via email: info@evenstevan.com.

9 Special Note
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including custom-made items or sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed.

10 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.

11 Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

12 Final Provisions
12.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
12.2 If one or more provisions are invalid, this does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
