Return Conditions

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return.
Condition of the Goods: The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them; they must also be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your purchase receipt or other proof of your purchase.
Return Form: Please fill out our return form.

Non-returnable Items Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence and whose condition has changed, not received in original condition (e.g., damages, breaks, scratches, modifications, cleaning, etc.).

Incomplete Packaging: Items that are not in their original packaging, whose seal has been removed, and that do not meet the original conditions, are damaged.

Hygiene and Health: For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Return Process

Return Notification: Contact our customer service via email at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the item, and the reason for the return.
Return Confirmation and Instructions: After receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation and instructions for the return.
Preparation for Return: Pack the item in its original packaging and include all associated documents.
Return Shipping: Send the item back to the address we provide (please do not return the goods to the original address, as you will bear full responsibility in case of loss). You will bear the return shipping costs.
Return Inspection and Notification: After we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

Exchange

Currently no exchanges possible: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you want an item in a different color or size, we ask you to place a new order and return your original order in accordance with the return conditions.

Refund

Refund Approval: Once the goods have arrived at our location (prior to the arrival of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse your refund), they will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
