Returns
If an item does not fit or you are not satisfied, you can return the goods ordered from AMBERMUL under certain conditions within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return.

If the goods are lost due to your refusal of personal acceptance, you assume full responsibility.

Before returning the goods, you must send us an email at info@ambermul.com and return the items to the specified address. Please also include the fully completed return form.

After we provide you with a return label or return address, you should send the goods within 7 days and email your order number and tracking number to info@ambermul.com.

If we do not receive the above information within 7 days of notifying you of the return address or return label, the warehouse will refuse your goods, your return will no longer be accepted, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

Important Note
Many items at AMBERMUL are secured with a tamper-proof seal. These "seals" are firmly attached to the item. If the tamper-proof seal is removed, the right of withdrawal automatically expires, and a return in the sense of the statutory right of withdrawal is no longer possible. This is the only way we can ensure that you always receive unworn and like-new goods from AMBERMUL.

In the case of deterioration of the condition of the returned items – for example, due to soiling, damage, or missing labels – we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and may claim compensation for the value in accordance with statutory provisions.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email (info@ambermul.com). Your return will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount to be refunded will automatically be credited to the payment method used during the order within 14 days thereafter.

When the amount is refunded to your account, the bank automatically deducts a processing fee of 3-5% of the payment amount. This fee is charged by the bank, and we have no influence over it. This cost will be deducted from the refund you receive.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, exchanges of items are currently not possible. If the item in the desired color or size is available in the online shop, we ask you to place a new order. You can return the original order (or individual items from it) within two weeks. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return.
